The attorney will advise on structuring, due diligence, documenting, negotiating, and closing diverse CRE transactions including warehouse and repo lending facilities.
Candidates must be willing to work hybrid with three days per week in-person at the McLean, VA or New York, NY office.

Base: $200,700 - $229,100 (McLean, VA) / $219,000 - $249,900 (New York, NY); Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation eligible; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits included
