Job Summary
Define and monitor work processes within your area, coordinating personnel deployment across different departments and external companies to ensure timely task completion.
Plan shifts and vacations, support work safety initiatives, and assist in troubleshooting and repairing plant issues, while also planning maintenance and ensuring compliance with safety checks.
Provide advisory services for plant modifications and modernizations, oversee orders, accept work performed, and conduct invoice checks, while also taking on on-call duties.
