Job Summary

  • As our Organisational Development (OD) Lead for Talent, you will help shape and deliver Reece’s talent strategy across ANZ, designing and implementing talent management and pipeline initiatives to support our 2030 vision.
  • You’ll also manage a small team of Coordinators who support talent, along with other People Experience programs.
