Job Summary

  • You’ll manage the End-to-End recruitment process, act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, and make sure every candidate feels the ING vibe from the first hello to onboarding.
  • You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative attraction and engagement strategies and contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.
