Job Summary
The job is responsible for delivering technical training programs, coaching repair center staff, especially technicians, and working to ensure that technicians have the knowledge and skills to repair vehicles properly and safely.
Visits repair centers to assess technical capabilities, including individual technician’s knowledge, skills and abilities, through observation, experience, and dialogue.
