Job Summary
The role involves providing comprehensive behavioral health care including assessments and therapy for children and adolescents at risk for suicide or self-harm.
Candidates will serve as co-facilitators for Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
The position requires flexibility to cover evening appointments at Lutheran Hospital in addition to day shifts at the Children's Rehabilitation Hospital.

Key Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Three years of experience in a behavioral health setting
No record of substantiated ethics or patient abuse reports
