  • Execute daily HR processes including background checks, onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, allowances, employee assistance programs, and other HR activities.
  • Act as the first-line HR contact, responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Utilize HR systems such as SmoothHR, Workday, HR Case Management Tool, and employee learning system.
