Job Summary

  • This position will prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
  • Responsible for operating, maintaining and properly cleaning kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years culinary or related work experience
  • Intermediate culinary knowledge expected
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours
  • Current work authorization in the United States
