  • Track and monitor facility effective utilization of PDPM tools and QM/QASP performance, providing data analysis and clinical recommendations for optimum outcomes.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary participation in completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and resident care plans according to regulatory time frames, ensuring completeness and thoroughness of documentation.
