Datanodestream is seeking a fully remote HCM & Global Payroll Onboarding Consultant to manage the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-level Global Payroll and HCM solutions for complex, multi-country clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS project management, deep knowledge of payroll and HCM systems, and excellent communication skills

  • Own the end-to-end project delivery for enterprise-level Global Payroll & HCM Implementations, ensuring structured, predictable implementation journeys for our most complex, multi-country customers.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Remote’s Global Payroll & HCM product as well as maintain a strong commitment to the customer experience.
  • You will be the key driver of the successful implementation and exceptional client experience.

Key Requirements

  • Project management experience
  • Deep knowledge & experience with Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations
  • PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
  • Expertise in formal project management methodologies
  • Proven track record managing multi-country, multi-product implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing complex implementations involving multiple products
  • Excellent scope management and change control capabilities
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and clear ownership
  • Experience with enterprise customer expectations and governance models
  • Proficient in project management tools
  • Ability to work within a MacBook Pro environment
  • Fluent English
