Job Summary
Lead the technical strategy for underpinning infrastructure, alerting, and monitoring to optimize Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) targets while managing the operational processes for Data Center and Cloud applications.
Build automation services and instrumentation for the Observability Program, defining SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets to improve the performance and reliability of warehouse applications.
Manage technical escalations from Customer Care and Global Account Management, while qualifying new work orders for Account Consolidation and Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities.
