Job Summary

  • The Community Development Finance Relationship Manager is responsible for the sales, service, and retention of complex community development investment customers for the Company's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program.
  • The incumbent develops new business and manages portfolios and credit quality for an assigned portfolio of commercial customers, developing and managing complex accounts that meet the bank's investment requirements and maximize profitability while minimizing risk.
  • This role requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics with 9+ years of direct CDF and LIHTC experience, and in-depth knowledge of CRA and Fair Lending regulations.
