Job Summary

  • This position is a key partner in our journey to BD Excellence, acting as reference and advisor to the WW President of APM and will support the APM Leadership Team in managing the Continuous Improvement process.
  • Driving adoption and execution of BD Excellence (Lean Principles) for the global APM organization with primary focus on commercial, innovation and manufacturing tools.
  • Develop and grow capability through the APM organization to establish the fundamentals of excellence, in close collaboration with the BD Excellence office.
