Job Summary

  • The SAP Training Analyst will be presented with an opportunity to facilitate analysis of training needs and development of training programs/materials by partnering with Business Process Owners (BPOs).
  • Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SAP processes and procedures related to training, maintaining the training tool EnableNow, and overseeing migration of existing training materials.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years experience prior experience with any SAP business modules
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience with training tools and methodologies
  • Ability to collect, organize and analyze information
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver training
  • Ability to work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures
  • Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material
  • Complete work on time and within budget
  • Provide high-quality support within set standards
