Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
This role requires active participation in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department and ensure continuity of care.
The supervisor must ensure sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available at all times to maintain quality care for residents.
