Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • This role requires active participation in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department and ensure continuity of care.
  • The supervisor must ensure sufficient staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available at all times to maintain quality care for residents.
