The Manager, Supplier Quality Management Series Production is responsible for supporting supplier quality performance during serial production, ensuring stable, capable, and compliant supplier processes that consistently meet quality targets.
Key responsibilities include monitoring supplier KPIs, leading escalation and containment for underperforming suppliers, coaching the SQA team on structured problem-solving, and ensuring supplier compliance to IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
8+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Operations
3+ years of leadership or people management experience
Strong experience supporting serial production in automotive or regulated manufacturing
Strong supplier-facing communication and escalation skills
