This role supports FMCNA’s mission and ensures safety and regulatory compliance across multiple dialysis clinics through effective management of technical services and staff.
The Area Manager Biomedical Services is responsible for overseeing repair, maintenance, and operational standards of medical and water treatment equipment while collaborating with various departments to meet financial and quality goals.
The position requires mentoring technical personnel, managing vendor agreements, and ensuring all technical policies and procedures are current and properly implemented.

Key Requirements
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
AA Degree in electronics/biomedical technology preferred
FMCNA Biomedical Technician Technical Certification within 24 months
Minimum four years supervisory experience
Minimum four years industrial/medical technical experience or equivalent education
