Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Experience in regulated pharmaceutical industries
Strong knowledge of GMP and ISO standards
Expertise in process validation and equipment qualification
Proficiency with statistical analysis methodologies
Experience with automation systems and PLCs
Ability to work in cleanroom environments
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license beneficial
Strong project management skills demonstrated
Experience with CAD software and documentation systems
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
Key Requirements
