The Associate Program Manager supports the Change Management Center of Excellence by enabling effective intake, coordination, and enterprise visibility of strategic initiatives.
This role partners closely with enterprise change managers and stakeholders to ensure change efforts are coordinated, appropriately supported, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
