The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and facilitation skills, with a proven track record in LMS configurations, integrations, and client workshops
Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module.
Configure core LMS entities including Items, Scheduled Offerings, Curricula, and Programs while managing integrations with third-party providers.
Define data migration strategies for legacy learning history and oversee User Acceptance Testing using SAP Cloud ALM.
