Must-have
4+ years R&D engineering technician experience
PCBA soldering and fine-pitch rework skills
Cable assembly and wiring harness fabrication
Troubleshooting electrical assemblies at board level
Proficiency with oscilloscopes and DMMs
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with IPC quality standards
Experience with Altium or Rapid Harness software
Knowledge of JIRA and Teamcenter PLM tools
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent
Ability to work in fast-paced R&D environment
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience as an engineering technician
