  • The Value Stream Leader is responsible for managing supervisors, engineering leaders and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  • Owns the end-to-end performance of the assigned manufacturing area and ensures compliance with ISO13485, GMP, FDA, OSHA regulations.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $102,000 - $177,100, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
