Job Summary
The Employee Platform team focuses on Internal/Executive Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Employee Experience to foster a cohesive employee experience and the firm's culture.
This role will lead employee-related communications for Human Capital Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, and employee/culture-related events, including Employee Resource Groups.
Responsibilities include creating campaigns to highlight people and culture, partnering on senior leadership engagement, and contributing to social media content.

Salary
Base: $130,000-$140,000; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement, life insurance
