Act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, providing the "expert voice" to client stakeholders to ensure the network is strategically optimized for future growth and cost-efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex messaging issues across various network technologies (CDMA, GSM, LTE), ensuring compliance with GSMA, ITU, 3GPP, and IEEE standards as they relate to messaging, and their impact on QoS and QoE.
