Job Summary
Accountable for regional study delivery with appropriate inspection readiness quality, within agreed timelines and budget.
Leads the regional clinical operations team (including oversight of external partners working on the regional level) and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues within the region for the assigned study.

Salary
Base: $118,600.00 - $158,600.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Non-Commercial roles eligible for annual bonus plan, Commercial roles eligible for incentive compensation plan, discretionary equity awards, Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness

Key Requirements
4 or more years of progressive experience in clinical research
