  • Responsible for leading a large, geographically dispersed team of consultative and solution selling Business Account Managers, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring profitable sales growth across the region.
  • Develop, execute and review business unit plans aligned with overall strategic plans, executing customer segmentation to identify business growth opportunities and implementing dashboards to measure and manage team performance.
