Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls and answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
