Job Summary

  • Direct coordination with managers, clients, consultants, IT, suppliers, and contractors for day-to-day operations in managing project sites or maintaining building activities.
  • Heading the team for troubleshooting and corrective/preventive maintenance, coordinating with integrators to rectify alarm issues across various systems.
  • Performing site management for installation works, inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover of the BMS system to clients.
