Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining residents' dryness.
The role requires assisting residents with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting them into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, and lifts.

Identify residents using wristband or photo card
Record information using authorized abbreviations
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain resident comfort and cleanliness
Assist with resident mobility and transfers
Measure and record vital signs (TPRs)

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Honor resident refusal of treatment
Key Requirements
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
10th grade education
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
