Key Requirements

  • MD Degree required
  • ACGME US internal medicine internship and residency
  • GI fellowship completion required
  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine
  • Board Certification in Gastroenterology/Hepatology
  • Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License
  • Valid DEA licensure
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • Prerequisite case logs for prior two years
