Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Coordination of building maintenance operations
Management of HVAC systems including VRF and Chillers
Technical oversight of electrical and hydraulic installations
Experience with Corrigo system for ticket management
Financial management of maintenance contracts and POs
Nice-to-have
Proactive problem-solving and detail-oriented profile
Experience managing mobile maintenance teams
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH)
Advanced technical asset analysis skills
Familiarity with generating managerial reports
Key Requirements
Higher education degree in Engineering (in progress or completed)
Proven experience in coordinating building maintenance teams
Practical experience with HVAC installation and maintenance
Technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and climate systems
