Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for assisting the Head Swimming & Diving Coach in all facets of the program, including but not limited to: organizing and conducting team training and practices, recruiting, team travel logistics, scholar-athlete development, and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the role of athletics in the liberal arts college curriculum and the integration of the student-athlete and coaching staff into the overall educational experience offered at The Colleges.
  • CMS is one of the most successful swimming and diving programs in the country, with 61 conference championships between the Athenas and Stags.
