Job Summary
The eBusiness Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the daily eBusiness Operations processes run smoothly and to work with our expert eBusiness team of 10 employees across the world, application and operations support in the Portal Billing, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and systems integrations space.
Maintain high level of operational uptime by answering queries, managing system setups, daily reporting, monitoring integrated/EDI platforms, and creating KPIs/dashboards.
Partner with Customer Service, Accounts Receivable members and leaders to drive process and operational rigor, create user guides, and identify opportunities to minimize manually touched electronic orders.
