The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care facilities.
Employees must possess a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state and maintain CPR certification.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license in Washington state
Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
