Job Summary

  • The Senior Executive is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR operational and administrative support to assigned Schools for the University’s faculty population, with a focus on Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure (PT), Job Changes and Exit Management.
  • This position supports Schools in managing faculty operational matters by coordinating, preparing and verifying documentation, maintaining data integrity across HR systems, and providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
  • The incumbent is also expected to support University‑level meetings, including coordinating meeting schedules, preparing logistics, taking minutes, and collaborating closely as part of a team to ensure effective execution.
