Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join Barclays in Market Post Trade Technology team as one experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst.
Market Post Trade objective is to standardize Barclays Global Market Operations processes, execute the regulatory agenda, strengthen the control environment and support the executions of the infrastructure services strategy.
In this role, you will work in Japan, collaborating with Front, Middle and Back office users as well as local & global technology teams, managing requirement analysis and responsible for all deliveries covering business growth initiatives, regulatory mandates, control enhancement and operations support work.

Must-have
PM/BA experience in waterfall and agile
Knowledge of multiple asset classes post trade
Bilingual English and Japanese communication
Understanding of Japan market and regulations

Key Requirements
Prior PM/BA experience
