The Veterinary Resident will provide comprehensive clinical care to all animals maintained by Vanderbilt University while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role involves active participation in the protocol review process, including serving as a voting member of the review committee and assisting Principal Investigators.
Candidates are expected to conduct a mentored research project, develop formal training materials, and present lectures to research personnel and staff.

Must-have
Provide clinical veterinary care to animals
Perform daily veterinary rounds in facilities

Key Requirements
Pass North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Graduate from an AVMA-accredited institution
Hold valid EGFVG certificate or complete PAVE program if not AVMA accredited
