Must-have

  • Mechanical and HVAC maintenance
  • Electrical and plumbing systems repair
  • Preventive maintenance and inspection
  • Work order system (CMMS) management
  • On-site operational support
  • Troubleshooting building systems
  • Compliance with safety procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years related work experience
  • Universal CFC EPA certification or interest
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
