  • You will lead the development of industry-leading compensation packages, helping to deliver one of the most comprehensive salary, retirement, and benefits programs in the manufacturing sector.
  • Support the design, development, maintenance, and administration of both compensation programs, systems and processes for the Union and non-Union hourly populations.
  • Partner with various Total Rewards, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance teams to facilitate compliance activity for various pay regulations.
