This unique role offers the rare opportunity to consult on 7-10 new admissions daily, working collaboratively with providers, APPs, Nurse Navigators, Residents, Fellows, and Medical students while utilizing Cerner EMR to deliver comprehensive geriatric care on our main campus.

Key Requirements
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
