AIG is seeking a Director of Leadership Communications to enhance internal communication strategies within the Human Resources and Legal and Compliance functions. The ideal candidate will possess over ten years of experience in a complex, global organization, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic communication skills

Job Summary

  • This professional will play an integral role in executing and supporting communications strategies for programs and activities in support of our Human Resources and Legal and Compliance functions.
  • Key responsibilities include providing strong strategic guidance and executional support for executive leaders across HR and Legal that drive global initiatives, change management and culture building.
  • The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000 in New York, and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
