  • Hold responsibility for establishing a standardized operating model and capturing/instilling best practices across TAs, reviewing medical plans and assets to ensure Field Medical execution excellence.
  • The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree
  • 5+ years field medical affairs experience
  • 2+ years HQ role or equivalent
  • 3+ years in oncology
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, tactical planning, project leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle demanding and changing workload
  • Ability to work across a diverse portfolio
  • Business acumen with superior understanding of pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite
