Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team, ensuring alignment and optimization of strategy and execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
Hold responsibility for establishing a standardized operating model and capturing/instilling best practices across TAs, reviewing medical plans and assets to ensure Field Medical execution excellence.
The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Requirements
Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree
5+ years field medical affairs experience
2+ years HQ role or equivalent
3+ years in oncology
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, strategic, tactical planning, project leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle demanding and changing workload
Ability to work across a diverse portfolio
Business acumen with superior understanding of pharmaceutical industry
Proven ability to work with cross-functional matrix teams
