Enable teams to deliver value more effectively while aligning agile practices with organizational goals, supporting improved efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and conduct workshops and training sessions.

Key Requirements
