The Patient Engagement Pharmacy Technician plays a key role in coordinating prescription fulfillment and delivery within a large volume centralized specialty pharmacy call center.
This position requires high interaction with patients and caregivers to resolve insurance issues, synchronize refills, and communicate delays while maintaining empathy and compassion.
Candidates must perform all tasks safely consistent with Baptist Health System policies, federal and state pharmacy regulations, and applicable accrediting body standards.
