Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include using PCC for resident information, reporting all changes in residents’ condition, and recording all entries in an informative, descriptive manner.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, hair care, and bowel/bladder functions, while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
