Job Summary

  • In this dynamic, customer-centric position, you'll be joining our Canberra-based group where you will closely partner with Account Managers in a pre-sales technical capacity.
  • You will serve as a Trusted Technical Advisor to our Defence Portfolio customers, designing solutions to allow our customers to meet their desired outcomes.
  • You will also be presenting Cisco solutions, delivering presentations, conducting technical demonstrations, developing BoMs, and running Proof of Concept activities.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years technical customer-facing experience
  • Experience with relevant Cisco technology

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE)
  • Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance
