Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years pediatric NP or PA experience
Direct patient care minimum 0.8 FTE
Variable schedule including nights and weekends
Nice-to-have
Previous supervisory or healthcare leadership experience
Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice or Medical Science
Strong conflict resolution and staff development skills
Key Requirements
Licensure as APRN or Physician Assistant in Georgia
Current certification by ANCC, AANP, PNCB, or NCCPA
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 60 days
