Must-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or working towards it
  • 10+ years of manufacturing operations experience
  • Lead cross-functional teams for rapid improvement projects
  • Execute high-speed industrial manufacturing improvements
  • Manage stakeholder communications up to VP level

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of direct or indirect manufacturing/operations experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (possess or working towards)
  • Significant experience in Lean Manufacturing, CI, OPEX, and LSS tools
