You will embed continuous improvement methods through coaching, workshops, and hands-on support anchored in the Shingo Guiding Principles to standardize systems and drive sustainable improvement in a cGMP environment.

Must-have
Lean and PDCA/A3 coaching
Kaizen and root cause analysis facilitation
cGMP regulated environment experience
Visual and daily management implementation
Data-driven problem solving
Stakeholder management and collaboration
Nice-to-have
Lean/Six Sigma certification
Capacity optimization and SMED expertise
Proficiency with CI analytics tools
Experience with Shingo Guiding Principles
Multicultural team environment
Strong communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering discipline
Hands-on CI/Lean experience with cGMP exposure
Proven facilitation skills in Kaizen and RCA workshops
Experience training and coaching at all organizational levels
Lean/Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred
