Working closely with local and global leaders, the role ensures learning investments translate into measurable capability uplift, improved skilling effectiveness and business impact.
The Capability, Learning, Talent and Leadership Manager is accountable for defining and strengthening the leadership and learning strategy for CBA India, ensuring our workforce has the skills, mindsets and capabilities required to deliver current and future business outcomes.

Key Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience
Professional certifications in coaching, facilitation, learning design or organisational development are highly regarded
Graduation or Post Graduation from Tier 1 Management School (Preferred)
